Cancellation Policy
At Khair, we strive to provide each guest with an elevated, personalized experience. In order to maintain the highest level of service and accommodate all guests efficiently, we kindly request to review our policies
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to reserve all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total.
Deposits cannot be transferred or refunded in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
Cancellation Policy / Grace Period
We kindly ask that all guests provide at least 48 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to an appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 30% charge of the booked service.
No-shows will be charged 100% and required to pay full amount before any future bookings.
A 20-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and may need to be rescheduled. In an event, stylist is able to complete the service after 20 min grace period, a $50 late fee will be applied.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled once with the same deposit through our website at least 48 hours in advance.
